Body Products/ Lets make some Bath Salts

One of the simplest and most inexpensive things you can do to pamper yourself and do something healthy for your body all at the same time is to soak in a salt bath.

Do not like baths or cannot sit down or get out of the tub any longer? No problem.

Use a  small drawstring bag  or  a washing cloth.

Just put a spoonful in the bag or on the cloth. Wet it just a little . Then scrub very gently your body, legs, arms, & especially your feet.

This will exfoliate dead skin and

give your body a healthy glow.

If you think you may be allergic or it is too harsh for your skin. Do what is called a patch test. Just rub a small area on the back of your hand to see if you have any negative reaction. If you do have one do not use it.

I have never seen a person have any adverse reaction for this is all things natural, pure,& from the earth. Our bodies are designed to be able to use what is from the earth without adverse reactions.

The recipe for making it your self is…

3 cup of Epsom salt,

2 cups of Sea Salt,

& 1 cup of cornstarch.

Cornstarch is all natural chemical free skin softener.

Be sure to rinse off after soaking or exfoliation.

Add 20 to 30 drops of a pure, organic, therapeutic grade essential oil

I mix all this up in a gallon size zip lock bag.

After it is mixed throughly and essential oil lumps are no more,  I put it in a pretty jar close to the shower.
